We’re thrilled to share the release of the Scale Collaborative 2025 Impact Report! This year’s report reflects a year of integration, growth, and deepening impact across our ecosystem of programs, partners, and communities.
In 2025, we saw continued progress across Scale Collaborative’s programs and initiatives, including:
- Expanding our coaching and consulting work to support 54 organizations across Canada, advancing strategy, revenue diversification, and implementation through hands-on, walk-beside support.
- Thriving Non-Profits engaged over 100 organizations and 3,000 learning community members, building capacity for financial resilience through cohorts, webinars, and practical tools.
- Thrive Impact Fund raised over $9M and deployed $5.3M into social impact initiatives, supporting a growing portfolio of organizations addressing critical community challenges.
- Scale Institute advanced access to capital, Connect Money, and the Impact Guarantee, strengthening the systems and relationships needed for a more inclusive and effective social finance ecosystem.
- theDock – Centre for Social Impact continued to grow as a vibrant community hub, welcoming 200 members and hosting 22 events that foster connection, collaboration, and shared learning.
As always, none of this is possible without the passion and dedication of our incredible team, Board members, and our deeply values-aligned partners. This work is rooted in community, connection, and a shared commitment to transform systems so communities can thrive.
We are grateful for every partner, investor, and changemaker who walks alongside us. Together, we’re building a more resilient, connected, and abundant social change sector.
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue strengthening our ecosystem, deepening partnerships, and supporting organizations to move from vision to action and investment.
