We’re thrilled to share the release of the Scale Collaborative 2024 Impact Report! This year’s report reflects a year of momentum, deepening impact, and powerful collaborations across our family of organizations and partners.
In 2024, we saw exciting growth and transformation across Scale Collaborative’s programs and initiatives, including:
- Expanding our coaching and consulting work to empower 54 organizations, a 25% increase from last year, supporting strategic planning, revenue diversification, and financial resilience.
- Our Thriving Non-Profits program welcomed nine national cohorts, launched French-language options, and introduced new on-demand learning and free courses—helping over 400 nonprofit leaders build sustainable futures.
- Thrive Impact Fund neared its $10M capital raise goal, providing over $3.4M in mission-aligned investments and launching innovative products like bridge financing to close capital gaps for social enterprises and co-ops.
- Scale Institute drove community wealth building and access to capital, with standout initiatives like the Ownership Matters convening and the Catalytic Capital Lab supporting social finance innovation nationwide.
- theDock – Centre for Social Impact continued to thrive as a dynamic community hub, supporting over 65 organizations, 245 individual members, and hosting more than 160 events in downtown Victoria.
